This volume addresses the enlargement issue of the European Administrative Space (EAS) through an original concept which includes both the current evolutions of the specific research methods as well as analyses and comparative studies on the administrative reforms in some South-East European states. Stemming from the teaching and research activities of the Jean Monnet Chair "Ad Personam" Lucica Matei, the book embodies new contributions to the EAS study from a growing number of researchers and specialists from EU member or candidate states.
