An Investigation of Korean child´s English learning. Different activities are used to look into the child´s developmental process as a whole and its relations to the way children assimilate symbolic environment. The author in this book suggests that foreign language learning is not only a process closely tied to the child´s development of personality but it is a process which has potential to create the Zone of Proximal Development.
