Over the several decades the importance of research on health and ageing is increasing. This book provides an overview of the current scientific knowledge on the prevalence, prevention and treatment of psychological problems and anxieties in the elderly living in senior care homes. Also examines the problems encountered by them in their daily life among elderly living in Free and Pay & Stay Care Homes. It is a modest effort by the author to bring out the practical aspects on mental health concerns of on elderly living in Care Homes. Dr. K. Suresh obtained his Ph.D Degree in Geropsychology in 2016 from Sri Venkteswara Univ., Tirupati, India. He has 5 National & 2 International Publications. Recipient of Meritorious Counselor of HMRI 2010 from Govt of AP. Attended several Workshops, International & National Seminars. He is working now as a Counseling Psychologist in KVS Nellore.
