In it, the biodiversity and longitudinal distribution of the macroinvertebrate of the lake Modrac basin was investigated, which gives it a special significance. The manuscript of Isat Skenderovic, entitled "BIODIVERSITY AND LONGITUDINAL DISTRIBUTION OF MACROZOOBENTHOS IN THE STREAMS AND RIVERS OF THE MODRAC LAKE BASIN (BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA)", is based on the principles of contemporary science, it is clear, methodically adapted and understandable and fully meets all the requirements of the scientific and teaching literature. The manuscript is based on the results of modern research and achievements in the field of zoology, ecology and biodiversity, and the results obtained have fundamental, biological and applicative significance, and are based on a detailed analysis of the biodiversity of the macrozoobenthos basin of the lake Modrac.

Dr Isat Skenderovic was born on 14 February 1965, in Trpezi, Berane Municipality (Ivangrad), Montenegro.Attended the high school in Rozaje and graduated further on from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Pristina (1990, Kosovo). He holds a PhD in Science from the University of Sarajevo (2010).
