The Book critically examines Locus Standi in Nigeria, drawing inspirations from three African countries. It is critically viewed that locus standi as it is practiced by the courts in Nigeria is that of contradictions. The book critically looks at other legal terms which have become entwined with the concept of locus standi, and how they have effectively co-habit with the concept of standi. The book in the final analysis makes viable recommendations.
