This book is a selection of some published papers in some organisational behaviour topics. It aims at exposing the readers to some concepts in organisational behaviour.The topics selected are those of special interest to the author and based upon the breadth of applicability in organisational behaviour. It will challenge scholars to come up with other new selection in topics in organisational behaviour. It is my hope that readers will judge this compilation by its accomplishments rather than its omissions.

Odor, Hillary
Hillary Odor has a B.Sc degree in Marketing from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. He has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. He has Masters of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Organisational Behaviour from university of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria. He is now a PhD candidate at the University of Lagos.
