This book studies Simulation Modeling in Markovian Decision theory, adapts finite and infinite models for the solution of multi-purposes River Basin Engineering Development Planning and Management problems. Methodology involves methods and experiments and data were collected from Ministries and Parastatals. The book is mainly on Exhaustive Enumeration/dynamic Model, to decision making involved in Anambra-Imo River Basin Projects. Consequently, 8years minimum and 21years full capacity utilization of the basin´s assets would give massive employment to Managers, Planners, Engineers, Technologists, Technicians, Artisans etc. It will raise the country´s foreign reserve and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Eme, Associate Professor Luke
Assoc. Professor Luke Eme holds B.Sc, PGDE, PGD, M. Eng & Ph. D( Civil Engineering-Water with distinctions) from ESUT, UDFU, NAU, and Anambra State University. He is a member of many professional bodies such as: NIOB, CORBON, NSE, COREN, IDRI, IWA(London), AASRC(USA).He is currently the Head of Civil Engineering Department,Chukw Odum Oju University.
