The primary objective of this work is to propose a new mobile application that connects the explorers (info providers), the reservoir (tourism related product and services providers) and the connectors (social sharing platform) into a single travel platform based on gamification. The secondary objectives of Voyage 360 are as below. i) To optimise the benefits for both travellers and local merchants. ii) To enhance on-site travel experience. iii) To engage the tourists and the local merchants for the best available value offers and hence to maximise the average revenue. iv) To provide the travellers interactive travel guide that leads to discover the best local offer deals for the greatest enjoyment while travelling.
